Offshore Technology Conference (OTC for short) is a worldwide platform for global energy professionals to exchange ideas, enhance scientific knowledge, and solve marine resources problems and increasingly serious environmental problems.

The annual American Petroleum Exhibition/Houston Oil Show/OTC Petroleum Exhibition was organized by the American Petroleum Engineering and Technology Association (SPE) in 1969 and was strongly supported by 12 professional industry organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute.
